Wizz Air inaugurated its 17 base in Riga, Latvia. Wizz Air will initially allocate an Airbus A320 aircraft that will operate 4 new routes: Barcelona, ​​Doncaster Sheffield, Dortmund and Paris Beauvais.

In addition to Wizz Air adding new flights from Riga, the company is also increasing the frequency of existing services to London Luton and Oslo Torp. Wizz Air now offers 8 routes to 6 countries in the Latvian capital.
