Wizz Air expands its operations from Salzburg with flights to Bucharest, Belgrade, Larnaca and others.
Wizz Air announced today the addition of the city of Salzburg to its extensive network of destinations. From July, passengers can travel from Salzburg Airport to Belgrade, Bucharest, Larnaca, Kiev, Skopje and Tuzla. Seats on new flights can already be booked on wizzair.com or through the airline's mobile app from only 14,99 EUR.
The launch of Wizz Air operations at Salzburg Airport is the basis of the airline's long-term commitment to Austria. The two years of successful operations and the over 3 million passengers in Vienna have proved that Wizz Air offers very competitive and popular services in Austria.
Flights from Salzburg to Bucharest
Building on this success and growing market demand, the airline is adding Salzburg to its ever-growing network of routes and bringing affordable travel opportunities to Salzburg and the region.
The announced routes will add more than 200 seats annually at Salzburg Airport and will connect the city and the region with destinations that have not currently been served. The airline will contribute to the development of tourism in the region, while providing high quality travel opportunities.
