    Hi,

How can you get your money back from Wizz Air if you choose not to fly?

    1. Sorin Rusi says

If you choose not to travel on your own initiative, the value of the ticket will not be refunded. If flights are canceled / suspended due to the pandemic, you can request a refund.

Do something gentlemen solve this situation in a way that there are people who came to the country in early March for family problems and were stuck in Romania we are people who have an indefinite contract outside we have houses for rent there we have to go back otherwise we lose all, do something saturated people bought tickets and be canceled. Thank you.

It's not up to us. We do not sell plane tickets and do not operate flights. Only the authorities can do something and do what is right in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic
