Wizz Air announces the conclusion of a "sale and sale back" partnership with Goshawk Aviation Limited ('Goshawk') for 7 new aircraft Airbus A320. The aircraft are scheduled to be delivered between November 2014 - June 2015. This is the first contract between the two companies.
Goshawk is a leasing company under the management of Investec Bank plc with capital from Investec and Asian institutional partners. With the deal concluded with Wizz Air, Goshawk has 30 of aircraft delivered or to be delivered in the next 12-15 months.
