Wizz Air, Europe's fastest growing and most sustainable airline, has announced that it will host other 17 recruitment events in October and November, in nine cities, including at its new base in Suceava, welcoming anyone who wants to work for one of the airlines that remain strong and stable, even in this uncertain economic context. The events are open to aspirants from across the country who are keen to start or continue building a career in the clouds.
Wizz Air employed over 300 crew members
Wizz Air is continuously expanding its network and is committed to offering more low-cost destinations to its passengers in the most sustainable way possible. To support its ambitious growth strategy, Wizz Air will hire annually, with a target 2000 crew members in the next 10 years. At the level of its network, the company already reached the threshold of 2500 flight attendants for this year. In Romania, Wizz Air hired over 300 flight attendants only this year, planning to recruit another 200 during the next year.
After announcing a significant expansion in Romania, adding five aircraft to its base in Bucharest, as well as increasing capacity at Bacău, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi and Sibiu, Wizz Air is looking forward to opening a new base in Suceava and welcome new or experienced flight attendants to its diverse team.
At the same time, Wizz Air will allocate two aircraft to the newest base, from Suceava airport, and will start operating five additional routes, hiring candidates from neighboring areas.
Wizz Air will recruit over 200 people in 17 events held in Romania
Wizz Air continues to hold a series of recruitment events in the coming weeks as part of its extensive efforts to recruit flight attendants. As part of this recruitment campaign, three events will be hosted in Suceava, Bucureşti and Iaşi, two events each in Cluj-Napoca and Craiova, as well as one event in Botosani (for the base from Suceava), Bacau, Sibiu and Timisoara.
Flight attendants can expect competitive salaries, supplemented by payments for flight sectors completed, depending on the duration of the flight, and a percentage of the value of the products sold on board, as well as industry-specific training, a training allowance for the six weeks of training, free uniform, unlimited employee discount tickets, a number of free tickets and discounts for friends and family and an announced work schedule every month.
