Coronavirus: Wizz Air informs passengers about future trips to Israel
Wizz Air wants to inform its passengers that, due to the Chinese coronavirus epidemic, the Israeli authorities have taken the following safety and health measures to reduce the spread of the virus.
Thus, starting with the local time 12:00, February 3, 2020, the Israeli government has implemented measures designed to prevent the spread of coronavirus in Israel. These measures will remain in effect until further notice.
Travel information in Israel
All passengers who have visited China up to 14 days before leaving for Israel will be denied entry to Israel. Airlines will be required to return passengers to their country of origin / departure if they arrive in Israel, and this condition has not been met.
Passengers will be asked about their previous trips during the check-in procedure at the departure airport, and this information will be verified by the immigration office at both the departure and arrival airports.

Note: Passengers traveling with Israeli passports / hold Israeli citizenship will not be affected. These passengers will be allowed to enter Israel and will receive instructions upon arrival.
