Wizz Air launches WIZZ Youth Forum
Wizz Air is pleased to announce the launch of the WIZZ Youth Forum, an informal, online focus group that is dedicated to its customers between the ages of 18 and 25, to share feedback, recommendations and perspectives. to help the airline improve its services.
Registration for the WIZZ Youth Forum is now open to young airline customers who are passionate about travel, flight, future trends and digital solutions. The new initiative is a solution for Wizz Air to gather qualitative feedback for six core business areas: customer experience, future travel habits and demand, sustainability, digital development, creative concepts and communication.
The forum's qualitative study is an extension of other quantitative surveys that WIZZ conducts to gather insights into consumer trends. Both methods emphasize Wizz Air's commitment to continually improve the consumer experience, with the findings being used to support the airline in learning, growing and improving its services.
From a group of 80-100 people in Europe, twenty participants will be selected once a month to join the focus group discussions, which will take place online through Microsoft Teams. Participation is completely voluntary; however, participants will receive a € 20 flight voucher for each session. And, in addition, all WIZZ Youth Forum participants will automatically have the chance to win a 200 euro voucher to fly to a desired Wizz Air destination.
