Yamal Airlines renounces Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft

The accident yesterday, following which burned a Sukhoi Superjet 100 Aeroflot, has an echo in the economy of the manufacturer Sukhoi. Yamal Airlines gives up its order of Sukhoi Superjet aircraft!

Regional air carrier in Russia has decided to give up the order of Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft. The decision was made following the accident on 5 May 2019.

Yamal Airlines doesn't want Sukhoi Superjet 100 anymore

Vasily Kryuk, the general manager of the Russian airline, told TASS that he is giving up the order of Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft for commercial reasons. Maintenance costs are too high.

Currently, Yamal Airlines has a fleet of 30 aircraft, 15 of which are Sukhoi Superjet 100. It is the second Superjet operator after Aeroflot.
