This facility can be used free of charge, and will completely replace the current taxi order system by telephone, after a testing period of 30 days.
Through the new service, the realization of taxi orders will be simplified to a minimum, the system using a multilingual software, but also an intuitive graphical interface, accessible even to passengers who do not know a language of international circulation.
At the moment, On Henri Coanda Airport, two help desks are located for custom taxis, on the arrival stream, with information panels containing telephone numbers of the taxi companies and the tariffs applied by them, as well as telephones with free access for placing orders.
