Amsterdam - Boston with KLM, from 31 to March 2019 / The inaugural flight
On 31 March 2019, KLM opened the Amsterdam - Boston route, operating the first flight. 3 will operate weekly flights to the new destination on the northeast coast of the United States.
Amsterdam - Boston flights will be honored with Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The new upgraded cabin offers 292 seats in a configuration with 3 classes. There are 30 places in the World Business Class, 40 places in Economy Comfort and 222 places in Economy.
KLM President and CEO Pieter Elbers said Boston is the 17's US destination, which means more options to travel between Europe and North America. On this route, Delta Air Lines operates 2 daily flights, in agreement with Air France - KLM.
