Legal holidays in Romania 2022
In 2022, Romanians will have 15 legal days off, according to the Labor Code. But only 9 drops during the week.
Until 15 January of each year, the working days for which staff are granted days off, days preceding and / or succeeding the public holidays in which they do not work shall be established by Government decision, for the staff of the budgetary system, as well as the days when the unworked working hours are recovered, stipulates the Labor Code.

Under labor law, persons belonging to legal religions other than Christian worship receive two days for each of the three annual religious holidays.
