Tuesday was the first day of strikes by Ryanair unions, from a new 12-day stage, to demand improvements in working conditions. We remind you that there were six more days of strike at the end of June and the beginning of July. Thus, the first day of the strike led to the cancellation of 15 flights and delays in another 234 flights. The most affected were the flights from / to Barcelona-El Prat Airport.

As reported by USO, until Tuesday at 19:00, five of the 15 canceled flights had to take off from Barcelona. In Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza there is a canceled flight on take-off and landing.

In Alicante, 18 flights departed or arrived late; in Valencia another 15; in Ibiza, 14; in Santiago and Seville, 5 in each case; in Girona, 4.

In addition to Tuesday, 24-hour strikes have been announced for July 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27 and 28 at the 10 Spanish airports where Ryanair operates: Madrid , Malaga, Seville, Alicante, Valencia, Barcelona, ​​Girona, Santiago de Compostela, Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca.
