The new Boeing 777X is on display at the Dubai Airshow 2021i. The plane will be displayed statically and will be included in the flight schedule starting November 14.
The Boeing 777-9 test aircraft performed a non-stop flight of almost 15 hours from Boeing Field from Seattle to Dubai, the first international flight and the longest flight so far for the 777X, as it continues to go through a rigorous schedule. Testing.
The new Boeing 777X is a combination of the best existing technologies in the 777 and 787 Dreamliner aircraft families. The 777-9 will be the largest and most efficient twin-engine aircraft in the world, offering 10% better fuel consumption, emissions and operating costs than the competition.
The 777X family has a total of 351 orders and commitments from eight top customers worldwide. The first delivery of the aircraft is expected at the end of 2023.
