The airline company "HiSky Europe" risks going into insolvency at the request of the travel agency "Bonjour International Tour", which is also in the process of insolvency. Iulian Scorpan, the company's administrator, assures that this situation will not affect the flight schedule and will not lead to their possible cancellation, transmits Jurnal.md.
"HiSky Europe" was registered in 2020 in Bucharest and has the same management and the same logo as the SRL "HiSky", registered in 2019 in Chisinau. The two companies, managed by Iulian Scorpan, former director of "AIR Moldova", operate flights from Chisinau, Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca to more than 20 destinations in Romania and Europe.
"Anyone who has any claims to an economic agent could do the same. The given company owes us a debt and we went to court with them, where we won irrevocably. Now they just want to bide their time. But this situation cannot lead to the cancellation of our flights", said Scorpan.
