British Airways launched a subsidiary on Monday, June 11th British Airways LTD (BA LTD) for flights to New York. The new operator will fly twice a day, on working days, on the route London City - Shannon - New York JFK - London City.
Prior to June 11, this route was operated by British Airways Plc. BA LTD (USA) has received approval to continue displaying American Airlines (AA) and Iberia (IB) codes.
Passengers will not notice changes regarding the conditions on board or on the ground. There were no changes in the operational program, the races respecting the program:
LOW LCY 001: 13 - 00: 14 SNN 15: 15 - 00 JFK 1715 x318
LOW LCY 003: 16 - 00: 17 SNN 20: 18 - 05 JFK 2020 x318
DOWN JFK 002: 19 - 10: 07 + 15 LCY 1 x318
DOWN JFK 004: 21 - 50: 10 + 00 LCY 1 x318
The flights will be operated with Airbus A318 aircraft.
