All persons entering the Kingdom of Belgium are required to complete, no later than 48 hours prior to entry into Belgian territory, the form Passenger Locator Shape.
Persons traveling on routes other than air or sea and staying in Belgium for a maximum of 48 hours (including transit purposes) and persons whose journey outside the Kingdom of Belgium does not exceed 48 hours are exempted from completing the form. .
Depending on the answers to the self-assessment questionnaire attached to the form Passenger Locator Shape, on arrival in Belgium, passengers can receive an SMS message informing them of the obligation of quarantine (for a period of 7 days) and testing after observing the 7 days of quarantine. If the test is positive, those people will self-isolate for 7 days.
