After 32 years, KLM will fly to Dubrovnik (Croatia)
The Dutch national airline, KLM, introduces the route Amsterdam - Dubrovnik - Amsterdam starting with June 2021! After 32 years, KLM resumes flights on the route Amsterdam - Dubrovnik. The last flight operated by KLM on this route took place in 1988.
We remind you that in February 2021, KLM expanded its operations in Croatia. It introduced additional flights to Zagreb and opened the route to Split. As we approach the summer season, the number of weekly operations between the Netherlands and Croatia will increase.
And from June 26, KLM will operate daily on the route Amsterdam - Dubrovnik, being announced flights with Boeing 737 and Embraer E190 aircraft. At the moment, direct flights are not found in the KLM reservation system, but it is possible that in the following days they will be introduced and those who wish can book tickets.
In recent years, easyJet has flown seasonally on the route Amsterdam - Dubrovnik, while Croatia Airlines last flew in 2010. According to the new routes announced, Dubrovnik Airport will certainly have more traffic than in 2020, which is a plus for the development of the local economy.
