JetBlue has introduced the new Mint business class, which will equip Airbus A321LR aircraft for transatlantic flights. Initially, JetBlue introduced the Mint class in 2014 on its transcontinental flights.

The new class " Transatlantic Mint”Will include up to 24 private apartments with sliding door for each passenger. In this comfortable class, each passenger will receive a personalized "Tuft & Needle" seat cushion. As part of the refresh, JetBlue will also introduce the latest innovation, the amazing Mint Studio, which will offer a new premium experience.

The first major Mint design review - designed in partnership with Acumen Design Associates - will be launched for JetBlue flights to London this summer. Initially, a 16-seater layout will be designed for aircraft operating between New York and Los Angeles in 2021.

Each chair has become an apartment.

Inspired by the popularity of the four private apartments in the current Mint configuration, JetBlue's transatlantic Mint will offer more privacy, with 24 individual apartments. Every inch anticipates customer needs, with features including a 17-inch Thales AVANT screen, wireless charging, a built-in phone holder, easily accessible socket, laptop holder, as well as a shoe storage port and handbag.

JetBlue is the first airline to equip aircraft with the VantageSOLO seat created by Thompson Aero Seating, with a specially developed and designed configuration for narrow-body aircraft from JetBlue.

Unique design of each apartment.

JetBlue collaborates with Tuft & Needle to transform a simple chair into a real bed, but also to shape the entire experience on board.

Designed for comfort, each Mint chair is layered with T&N Adaptive® foam patented by Tuft & Needle to create a cool and comfortable sleeping experience. Passengers will also benefit from a blanket with a leg pocket, a pillow lined with memory foam, but also a sleeping kit with an eye mask and earplugs.

JetBlue Touch in transatlantic travel.

Each apartment has privacy dividers, a wooden table with soft leather-covered chairs and headrests. All this makes the customer feel very relaxed during the flight. There are also custom-made panels that bring light into the cabin, and the doors have a unique design.

The features and design elements combined with the premium service offered by the flight crew members, who have been trained in hospitality, will provide an extraordinary flight experience for all passengers who choose to travel with JetBlue.
