The United Kingdom presented the green list of countries exempted from isolation / quarantine. Romania is NOT on the list!
Update July 10: Serbia has been removed from the UK green list.
On 3 July, the UK presented the list of countries exempted from isolation / quarantine. You will not be in isolation / quarantine if you travel to England from an existing green list country. At this moment, Romania is NOT on this list.
If you travel to England from a country outside the common travel area, you will enter mandatory self-isolation for 14 days.
The UK authorities have decided to draw some green travel corridors, including air tourist corridors. Romania is also missing from the list of tourist air corridors.
The new relaxation measures, which have been approved in the UK, will come into force on 10 July.
Before arriving in the UK, you must complete a passenger location form. You must provide these details when you enter England. This rule applies to both visitors and UK residents.
The green list from Great Britain / Romania is NOT on the list!

The list of shame… ..the Schengen countries are all there although they had a super number of cases, Romania and Bulgaria are missing, the Poles are there, even Greece who said they do not accept flights from the UK. But let the results show, 250 jobs lost at Luton Airport. I don't think they ever published that Romania is the number 1 destination from Luton Airport, at Doncaster all Romania is definitely, at Liverpool as well… at Birmingham top 3 because it is dominated by Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, but on low cost it is number 1.
