OFFICIAL: Romania's yellow list of countries considered to be at high epidemiological risk, valid from December 10, 2020

The National Committee for Emergency Situations adopted in today's meeting, December 10, 2020, Decision number 58. This decision updated the list of countries and areas of epidemiological risk for which the quarantine measure is established on persons arriving in Romania.

On the yellow list we find many countries in Europe: Georgia, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Andorra, Lithuania, Slovenia, San Marino, Austria, Hungary, Sweden, Northern Macedonia, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria, Armenia, Czech Republic, Jersey and Denmark.

From outside Europe, we find the United States, Jordan, Curacao, French Polynesia, Belize, Panama, Palestine, Azerbaijan.

He's off the yellow list: Poland.

Those coming from yellow countries must be quarantined / isolated for 14 days. You can get out of quarantine on the 10th day, only if you take a test after 8 days and it comes out negative. Also, if you have been ill with COVID for the past 90 days, it will not be quarantined regardless of whether you come from a yellow list country.
