From November 13, 2020, Romania's new yellow list of countries considered to be at high epidemiological risk will enter into force. The National Committee for Emergency Situations adopted Decision no. 54 of November 12, 2020.

On the yellow list we find many European countries, such as: Andorra, Czech Republic, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Slovenia, Switzerland, Montenegro, Spain, Slovakia, Georgia, Croatia, Poland, Northern Macedonia, Portugal, Bulgaria and many more. From the yellow list, came out Great Britain, Malta.

People who arrive in Romania from countries / areas of high epidemiological risk and are quarantined for a period of 14 days, may be released from quarantine after the 10th day if they perform a SARS-CoV-2 test on the 8th day of quarantine, and its result is negative and does not show specific symptoms.
