Each passenger receives at the entrance to the aircraft sanitary napkins, the magazines on board were taken out from the aircraft, and contactless payment is recommended for all purchases on board. Passengers are asked to follow physical distancing measures introduced by local health authorities and are encouraged to make all pre-flight online purchases (for example: hold baggage, WIZZ Priority, etc.) to minimize any possible physical contact at the airport. Adding the option WIZZ Flex When booking, passengers can be sure that if circumstances change, or they simply want to travel to a different date or to a different destination, they can book any WIZZ flight of their choice. Providing that extra level of protection for passenger reservations is a welcome measure in these uncertain times.
