After a successful summer 2022 and a well-booked winter, the Austrian Airlines team is preparing for a sunny summer in 2023. With 120 destinations and 1270 weekly frequencies from Vienna, Austrian Airlines is preparing for 2023. In the summer 2023 flight schedule, the Austrian airline will fly to seven new destinations in addition to its established destinations and a significantly expanded European schedule. Porto, Marseille, Billund, Tivat, Palermo, Vilnius and Tromsø are new to the summer schedule 2023.
The destinations Porto, Marseille, Billund and Tivat are completely new for Austrian Airlines. The four destinations will each be operated up to three times a week, departing from Vienna. The Vienna – Palermo route is seasonal, only in the summer schedule, while Vilnius returns to the Austrian Airlines schedule after a two-year break due to the pandemic. Flights to Tromsø will depart once a week between June and August. Related to long-haul routes, Los Angeles returns to the Austrian Airlines portfolio.
