Boeing delivered the first 737-800 Next Generation to Air Lease Corporation

Boeing celebrated the delivery of the first aircraft, based in Los Seattle 737-800 Next Generation to the leasing company Air Lease Corporation. This delivery is part of the order placed in the 2010 at the Farnborough Air Show.

The new Boeing 737-800 Next Generation will be operated by Korean Air. The 737-800 Next Generation model is recognized for reliability, fuel efficiency and good economic performance. It has become the best-selling model in the category 162 -189 places.

Air Lease Corporation it also ordered 94 aircraft - 77 737-800 units, 5 777-300ER units (Extended Range) and 12 787-9 Dreamliners. The Los Angeles-based leasing company is supporting several airlines that want to modernize their fleets.
