The seasonal route Brașov - Crete returns in 2024. For those who want to reach Crete Island, will have the opportunity to travel from Brașov, every Saturday, between June 1 and September 28, 2024.
The schedule agreed following the discussions held by the operational manager of Sky Express, Konstantin Paskov, with the general director of the Braşov-Ghimbav International Airport, Constantin Albu, is as follows:
Heraklion (HER) 11:00 – 13:05 Brasov Airport (GHV) 13:55 – 16:00 Heraklion
The flights will be carried out with an aircraft from the Airbus A320 family, with a capacity of 180 seats. The charters announced by Sky Express came to the attention of travel agencies, which put vacation packages on sale in Crete departing from Brasov.
"We have started to prepare the summer season, which we want to be richer and more diversified than last year, and we have every reason to be confident that we will have more charters than in 2023. I am convinced that the residents of Braşov, Covasna and Harghita, and not only them will choose to go on vacation starting from Braşov and will enjoy a very good travel experience", said Contantin Albu, the general director of Brasov International Airport.
It should be mentioned that at the moment, the offers of several tour operators for the summer of 2024 include flights from Brasov not only to Crete, but also to destinations in Egypt (Hurghada, departing from May 22), Turkey (Antalya and Bodrum, starting from May 29) and Tunisia (Hammamet, from June 14).
