The National Committee for Emergency Situations adopts the decision no. 9 of 11.02.2021 (You can study it in full, in decision 9 being the new restrictive measures applied to enter Romania).
Through this decision, the list of countries and areas of epidemiological risk for which the quarantine measure is established on persons arriving in Romania was updated.
Art.1 - The list of countries / areas / territories with high epidemiological risk is approved, for which the quarantine measure is established on the persons arriving in Romania from them, provided in the annex to this decision.

List of countries / areas / territories with high epidemiological risk, according to Decision no. 9 of 11.02.2021 of the National Committee for Emergency Situations.
Among the notable changes, we mention that the Republic of Moldova, Qatar and Hungary entered the list, and Croatia, Tunisia, Russia, Canada and the Dominican Republic came out.
For the countries newly entered on the list approved by this decision, the measures shall apply from 15.02.2021, 00.00.
