Emirates increases the frequency of flights to the Maldives and the Seychelles.

Emirates has announced that it will fly to popular holiday destinations, Maldives and Seychelles, before the Easter holidays. Starting March 28, the airline will offer customers 28 weekly flights to Male and 7 weekly flights to Mahe. The new flights will meet market demand and offer customers more flexibility and connectivity for travel this Easter holiday.

More Emirates flights to Maldives.

Emirates currently operates 24 weekly flights to the Maldives using a Boeing 777-300ER. From March 28 to April 18, the airline will expand the number of flights to 28 weekly flights.

All those who choose to travel to the Maldives, with the exception of the citizens of the Maldives, must present a negative result of a PCR test for COVID-19, performed a maximum of 96 hours before departure. Travelers are also required to to complete an online statement on their own responsibility, 24 hours before arrival in the Maldives.

More Emirates flights to Seychelles.

From March 28 to October 30, 2021, the number of Emirates flights from Dubai to Mahe will increase from 5 weekly flights to 7. Flights will be operated by a Boeing 777-300ER. The announcement comes after the island nation announced that will reopen borders for international travel without vaccination or quarantine requirements, starting March 25.

All travelers will still be required to present, upon arrival on the island, a negative PCR test performed a maximum of 72 hours before departure.
