Turkey opens borders for vaccinated, immunized or tested by COVID-19

From 1 June 2021, upon entry into Turkey, vaccine certificates will be accepted and those who present a vaccination certificate and for whom 14 days have elapsed since the booster dose will be exempted from taking the test or exempted from the quarantine rule .

Those who show the result of a negative PCR test performed at most 72 hours / negative antigen test performed at most 48 hours before entering Turkey will be exempted from the quarantine rule.

People who can prove that they have been infected with Sars-cov-2 in the last 6 months will also be exempted from quarantine.

The MFA informs that, according to the information provided by the Turkish authorities, persons arriving in this state may be subjected, at random, to a PCR-type molecular test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, carried out by representatives of the Turkish Ministry of Health.
