I don't think it's a secret that I've been using ASUS phones since they came out. I could say that I have in my archive from ASUS ZenFone 2 and until now, proud owner of ASUS ZenFone 7. But today, May 12, 2021, ASUS launched the new Zenfone 8 and Zenfone 8 Flip phones. I'm still on the scales and I don't know where to turn. I'm used to the FLIP system, but I love the new Zenfone 8 because it's smaller and has a fixed dual camera system on the back.

ASUS has announced the new Zenfone 8 series, the most powerful generation to date of the innovative Zenfone family of smartphones. The 8-inch Zenfone 5,9 super-compact and the 8-inch Zenfone 6,67 Flip photo-focused model are designed to meet the needs of any type of user.
The new ASUS series of phones is based on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G mobile platform, which offers the fastest 5G speeds possible. The high-capacity batteries - 4000 mAh in Zenfone 8 and 5000 mAh in Zenfone 8 Flip - offer an outstanding lifespan for a non-stop digital rhythm.
Both Zenfone 8 and Zenfone 8 Flip are equipped with stunning Samsung AMOLED screens with Delta-E <1 color accuracy, providing an exceptionally immersive visual experience with ultra-vivid colors. Additionally, the Zenfone 8's screen has an ultra-fast refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The screens also include in-screen fingerprint sensors for security.
Thanks to Sony's top sensor cameras, both phones have advanced photo and video capabilities.
