Blue Air is adjusting its 2022 summer operational schedule! Add 14 new holiday destinations!
Blue Air has a growing demand for all 29 holiday destinations in the booking system. The increase has been reported since April, based on easing of travel restrictions expected before Easter 2022.
Blue Air is ready to meet the growing demand with more than 50 routes activated and reactivated in the summer program, with increased capacity, a renewed fleet of the latest generation Boeing 737 MAX 8 and an improved digital infrastructure, offering customers the Better Way to Fly.
The Blue Air summer program (March 27 - October 29, 2022) includes over 50 new routes and includes 16 new destinations in Bucharest, 7 new destinations in Cluj and 6 new destinations in Iasi.
The Blue Air Summer 22 program offers an attractive selection of destinations, including popular leisure, exclusive options for cultural and gastronomic tourism, island vacations, exciting opportunities for adrenaline seekers and outdoor activities and vibrant citybreak choices, offering the best options for leisure travel at the best prices.
In the Summer of 22, Blue Air introduces 14 new Sun & Sea destinations:
• NEW PORTUGAL: Bucharest - Porto
• NEW SPAIN: Bucharest - Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, Alicante, Bilbao, Seville, Tenerife; Cluj-Napoca - Malaga, Valencia; Iasi - Barcelona

Many of the routes mentioned above have been part of the Blue Air portfolio, so they are not new, but we are glad that they are reactivated for the summer season. That way, you have more opportunities city breaks in 2022, but also for holidays and stays.
We remind you that Blue Air significantly reduced the number of flights and routes between January and March 2022. Some adjustments also affected the 2022 summer program.
