After more than a year, in which it offered a free change of travel dates in all bookings, Blue Air announces the end of the campaign starting October 31, 2021. With the gradual relaxation of restrictions and the success of the implementation of travel protocols based on green certificate, Blue Air is optimistic about returning to normal, with vaccinated passengers once again enjoying predictability in travel planning.
The current campaign offers all Blue Air customers the option to change their travel dates once, free of charge, for all new bookings made on the company's website and in the Blue Air application until October 31, 2021. By integrating this option in all Blue Air reservations Air, the company aimed to restore the confidence of passengers in flight, meeting the needs of flexibility and freedom of mobility, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The offer is valid for all bookings made until October 31, 2021, for all Blue Air flights and destinations. Travel dates can be changed free of charge once, paying only the fare difference, where applicable.
For new bookings made from 1 November, passengers will no longer be able to change their travel tickets without paying the change fee.
However, Blue Air customers will be able to continue to enjoy the emotional comfort of the Flex service, as the option will be available for purchase during the booking process. Starting November 1, 2021, Blue Air passengers will be able to add Flex service to the reservation, for a fee, thus having the desired relaxation when planning their holidays in advance.
