British Airways will fly with a Airbus A380 between London and Doha, during the World Football Championship that will start at the end of November 2022.
From November 18, 2022 to January 8, 2023, British Airways will use one of its partner Qatar Airways' flight slots from London Heathrow to fly a daily A380 to Doha, according to SimpleFlying. The aircraft will be able to carry 14 passengers in First Class, 97 passengers in Business Class, 55 passengers in Premium Economy and 303 passengers in Economy.
With a capacity of 469 seats, British Airways' Airbus A380 aircraft can carry 110 more passengers than the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft that are frequently used on this route.
On November 18, British Airways displayed its two regular departures from London-Gatwick and London-Heathrow with the A380, to which six others operated by Qatar Airways are added. Together, the two companies of the Oneworld alliance will offer up to nine daily rotations on the London - Doha route.
