Any commercial passenger plane has a certain number of seats and a certain number of dedicated compartments hand luggage. The interesting part is that, depending on the interior configuration, the number of seats can be different from the number of luggage compartments.
For example, on a Boeing 737-800 RYANAIR there are 189 seats in a one-class configuration, but the number of seats available for hand luggage is much smaller.
In this context, the Condor airline has decided to reserve the luggage spaces as well. Economy Class passengers can reserve a dedicated luggage compartment, right above their head, in correlation with the reserved seat. The rate is 9.99 EURO and sufficient storage space for hand luggage is guaranteed. This new service will be available for long-haul flights operated with the Airbus A330-200 from November 1, 2022.
A reservation can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure on www.condor.com. A luggage compartment can be reserved for each passenger. On board, the compartments reserved in this way are marked accordingly.
