We were happy to announce that, in 2024, HiSky will operate direct flights from Bucharest to New York. After 20 years since the last flight operated by a Romanian company, from Romania to the United States, HiSky is launching the first long-haul route from Romania.
The enthusiasm was high, but there were also many voices that analyzed the information more and managed to cut down on the enthusiasm. Putting all the details together, we notice that flight prices are no longer as attractive as at the time of launch.
HiSky announced rates from 349 euros/segment, only the basic rate is low-cost! I don't think anyone will fly to New York with just their purse or handbag. Below you have the tariff packages available on the route Bucharest – New York with Hisky.
