KLM started operating flights to Florence (video)

On 27 October 2013, KLM the operation of the flights to Florence began. This is the fifth destination for KLM flying to Italy, after Rome, Milan, Venice and Bologna. Italy is the 11th largest market in Europe for Air France-KLM.

Florence, the capital of Tuscany and the province of Florence, attracts millions of tourists every year. The Amsterdam-Florence route is operated with two flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and a flight on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

KL1641 flight takes off from Amsterdam at 09: 55 and arrives in Florence at local time 11: 55. Return flight KL1642 departs from Florence at 12: 35 and arrives in Amsterdam at 14: 50. The evening flight KL1645 takes off from Schiphol at 21: 00 and lands in Florence at 22: 55. Return flight KL1638 departs from Florence at 06: 30 and reaches Amsterdam at 08: 45. All flights are operated by KLM Cityhopper with aircraft Embraer E190.
