Korean Air reintroduces A380 on Seoul - Paris route (video)

Starting with 30 March 2014, after 15 months of absence, Korean Air will reintroduce the aircraft Airbus A380 on the route Seoul - Paris. It will operate five flights over the seven weeks, the other two being operated by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

Flights on route Seul-Incheon - Paris-Charles de Gaulle will be operated according to the following program:

KE901 ICN 13:05 - 18:20 CDG 77W - Tuesday, Thursday
KE901 ICN 13:05 - 18:20 CDG 388 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

KE902 CDG 21:00 - 14:50 +1 ICN 77W - Tuesday, Thursday
KE902 CDG 21:00 - 14:50 +1 ICN 388 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

On 26 September 2011, Airbus A380 Korean Air landed for the first time in Paris, and the last flight operated on 31 December 2012. Currently, Korean Air operates eight of the 10 units ordered, the other two to be delivered this year.

All Korean Air A380 aircraft have the capacity of 407 seats and are configured in three classes: 12 seats in First Class, 94 seats in Business Class and 301 seats in Economy Class. On board the A380 there is also a duty-free bar and shop. Currently, Korean Air flies with Airbus A380 in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta and Hong Kong.
