The biggest air show in Romania - Bucharest International Air Show & General Aviation Exhibition takes place on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at the Bucharest Băneasa–Aurel Vlaicu International Airport and is organized by the Bucharest Airports National Company, the Romanian Air Force, the Aeroclub of Romania, ROMATSA, ROMAERO and the AIBO Sports Club.

BIAS is an air force show, where civil and military aviation aces from Romania and other member states will delight the spectators with breathtaking aerial acrobatics and elite demonstrations, but also with aircraft on display on the ground.

  • Red Bull Air Race will fly with its most spectacular aircraft: B25 Mitchell, P38 Lightning, F4U Corsair, T28 Trojan.
  • The Romanian Air Force stands out at BIAS 2023 with an exceptional participation, which is distinguished by a series of developments that are an absolute first for Romania. Spectators will have the chance to admire the spectacular evolutions of military pilots, who will perform real artistic demonstrations of supersonic force at the wheel of F-16 Fighting Falcon, IAR 99 Șoim, IAR 330 PUMA, IAK 52 C 27J Spartan, EC 135 helicopters. Spectators they will also be able to watch air police and airborne support exercises.
