To continue to provide reliable global access and exceptional service to current NetJets owners and their guests, the company has signed a new agreement with Embraer for 250 Praetor 500 aircraft, which includes a comprehensive service and support agreement.

The deal is valued at more than $5 billion, with deliveries expected to begin in 2025, and will be the first time NetJets has offered a Praetor 500 midsize jet to customers. For over a decade, NetJets has operated the Embraer Phenom 300 series – one of NetJets' most requested aircraft.

The partnership between Embraer and NetJets began in 2010, when NetJets first signed a contract to purchase 50 Phenom 300 aircraft, with options for up to 75 more. In 2021, after Embraer successfully delivered more than 100 aircraft, the companies signed a continuity agreement for an additional 100 Phenom 300/E aircraft, an order valued at more than $1,2 billion.

With this new agreement, NetJets strengthens its commitment to customers, as the company makes on average more than 1.200 daily flights worldwide, but also the confidence in the Embraer portfolio.

The Praetor 500 is the world's most disruptive and advanced mid-size business jet, offering impressive best-in-class range. In terms of technology, it is the only aircraft in its class with full flight controls.

Not only does the Praetor 500 deliver exceptional performance, it also offers one of the most comfortable cabin experiences.
