Starting Monday, October 4, 2021, the conditions for entry into the United Kingdom will change for people arriving from countries that are NOT on the RED LIST. Please note that Romania is NOT currently on the red list (October 3, 2021).

Thus, persons arriving from Romania will be exempted from quarantine ONLY if they are vaccinated with the complete schedule - 2 doses or a single dose, depending on the type of vaccine. It is important that the vaccine is approved in the vaccination program in the UK, EU or USA.

In addition, vaccinated persons will also be exempted from taking the test before departure / boarding test.

Unvaccinated persons (not vaccinated at all, partially vaccinated or vaccinated under programs not recognized by the British authorities) must meet the following conditions in order to enter the UK:

⭕️present the certificate of a negative Covid test (PCR test or alternative variants, including LAMP type, or rapid antigen test), performed no more than 3 days before departure;

⭕️to perform 10 days of self-isolation at the home address / declared address

⭕️the obligation to book and pay in advance 2 more Covid tests that will be performed on the 2nd day on the 8th day of arrival (children under 4 are excluded).

Please note that all persons arriving in the United Kingdom, regardless of the country from which they leave, will be required to complete in advance (up to 48 hours in advance) the Location Form (Passenger Locator Shape).
