On April 4, the TAROM aircraft on the Brussels - Bucharest flight interrupted the take-off for technical reasons!

On 04 April 2024, the Tarom ROT374 flight operating on the Brussels - Otopeni route was affected by an interruption of take-off for technical safety reasons. The aircraft involved, a Boeing 737-800 BGL, was carrying 93 passengers.

The aircraft crew decided to intervene and stop the take-off as a technical problem was identified. In accordance with safety protocols, the presence of fire engines at the aircraft was requested.

Passengers and crew are safe. They were disembarked safely and the local Tarom team is providing assistance to help them continue their journey.

The aircraft will undergo a thorough technical inspection by a specialized team at Brussels airport. Additional information about the technical condition of the aircraft and the repair of the defect will be communicated later.
