With the announcement of DECISIONS no. 34 from 06.07.2020, INSP it also issued a green list of countries outside the EU's borders. Romania opens its borders to Canada, Tunisia, Morocco, Japan and many other non-EU countries.

People returning from these countries will no longer be required to enter solitary confinement or quarantine. This means that you can travel from Canada, Japan, Morocco or Tunisia on direct or connecting flights without the fear of staying in solitary confinement for 14 days.
