Between May 20-25, 2014, Emirates participated in ILA Berlin 2014 with an Airbus A380. During the five days of the air show, the aircraft was visited by about 13 people, the equivalent of 000 full loads.

At the ILA Berlin Air Show, Airbus and AirAsia, the largest operator of the A320, presented the first operational Airbus A320 "Sharklets". The aircraft comes equipped with "Sharklets" wings that will help save fuel.
