If the other day I was telling you about 10 destinations in Europe where I would like to travel in 2021, now I created a TOP 10 of the tourist attractions in the world that I want you to visit and which is on the bucketlist.

As a child, I wanted to travel. I only managed to do this at the age of 20, for various reasons. When I started to discover the beauties of the world, I created a bucketlist, a list that contains all the cities and tourist attractions in the world that I want to visit in this life.

10. The rice terraces of Sapa, Vietnam

The rolling terraces of rice and the bamboo forests make Sapa one of Vietnam's fairytale cities. In the past, this area was nothing more than a sea of steep slopes with fertile soil. Looking at the landscape, you will almost completely forget that you have a rice crop in front of you.

This area seems charming to me, like a landscape taken from a fairy tale. I would also prefer an area without an internet signal, so that I can read quietly for a few days. Total destress!

9. Cappadocia, Turkey

I kept seeing pictures of my friends who traveled to Cappadocia on social networks. I don't know if I will have the courage to climb into a balloon myself and take a walk (considering that a walk is around 200 euros), but I will still be able to admire the landscape enjoying a Turkish coffee in the sand :) .

8. Petra, Jordan

In the Middle East, Petra is known as an oasis of peace. Built by the Nabataeans in 300 BC with absolute care and overwhelming attention to detail, this archeological site incorporates tombs, stables and even an ancient amphitheater, all carved in the sandstone of the cliff.

This monument, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is on the personal list of places to visit.

7. Machu Picchu, Peru

Personally, I think Machu Picchu is the largest attraction in South America. The city is located at 2431 meters above sea level.

Built somewhere in the middle of the XNUMXth century, Machu Picchu remains the greatest achievement of the Inca Empire. Stairs, temples, aqueducts and observation points, the way they are scattered in a labyrinth of mountain landscapes, everything seems charming to me.

6. Red Square, Moscow, Russia

Winter in Moscow is a Russian fairy tale: beautiful parks, squares and churches covered with fluffy snow, bright decorations that shine on the streets. I'm not afraid of the low temperature because I know for sure that I will make sure to take a thick jacket, warm clothes and waterproof shoes.

In Moscow there are many sights, all different and special. Moscow is one of the largest European capitals, which is exceptionally beautiful and fascinating. Also here, there are many remnants of imperial Moscow and Soviet architecture, culture and history.

5. St. Petersburg, Russia

On top of that, my desire to visit the city came after I watched the animation "Anastasia". From there, the passion for the history of the Romanov family started. Conspiracy theories and stories surrounding the princely family have only made me even more curious. The royal palace in St. Petersburg has therefore reached the top of the tourist attractions I promised to visit.

For a history buff, I think it's the perfect city. Depending on the evolution of the pandemic, this year we could travel the route Bucharest - Saint Petersburg with Wizz Air.

4. The Great Wall of China, China

The long construction of thousands of kilometers, having the role of defending the border of the Chinese empire against the Mongols, is considered the largest in the world, being visible even from space.

It has become one of the most visited tourist attractions in China and is on the list of modern wonders of the world.

3. Taj Mahal, Agra, India

It is the most famous tourist attraction in India and one of the most impressive places in the world. It was built between 1630 and 1653 by Emperor Shah Jahan as a mausoleum for his deceased wife.

Meanwhile, it has become one of the most famous monuments in the world and is on the list of modern wonders of the world.

2. Grand Canyon, USA

One of the most precious wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon, amazes with its immensity and the story it tells about the history of the earth.
Located in the state of Arizona, it crosses the Grand Canyon National Park. The 445 km along which the Grand Canyon winds have formed over 6 million years of geological activity and erosion of the Colorado River.

There are many places I would like you to visit in America. I just need a visa, an extended vacation and a lot of money. I could talk for hours about the places I would like to go, but I said to include in this list only the main objective. America and its goals deserve a separate top (and I'm not sure if it will only fit in a TOP 10).

1. Giza, Egypt

In the first place they could only be The Priamids of Giza, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Egypt has many beautiful places, tourist resorts, places full of mystery and tradition, but for me, in first place is the city of Giza, followed by Luxor.

Ever since I was a child, I promised to visit them someday. I was lucky enough to travel (before the pandemic) and I know that if you really want to get somewhere, this is going to happen. It doesn't matter how many sacrifices you have to make in order to fulfill your dream.

What are the tourist attractions in your bucketlist?
