Wizz Air was forced to suspend several flights to Italy, Moldova and Macedonia.

Italy denies access to citizens of 13 countries and, implicitly, suspends flights to and from these countries. The list of countries is as follows: Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Kuwait, Northern Macedonia, Moldova, Oman, Panama, Peru and the Dominican Republic.

Following this decision, Wizz Air is forced to suspend flights between Italy and the Republic of Moldova. According to the information received, the flights will be canceled until July 14, inclusive.

Wizz Air was forced to suspend several flights to Italy

As of today, Wizz Air is suspending flights to Chisinau and destinations in Italy: Bologna, Milan Bergamo, Rome Ciampino, Roma Fiumicino, Torino, Venice Treviso, Venice - Marco Polo, Verona.

At the same time, Wizz Air canceled flights between Northern Macedonia and Italy. The affected routes are: Ohrid - Milan Malpensa; Skopje - Milan Malpensa; Rome Ciampino; Venice Treviso; Venice - Marco Polo.

Affected passengers will be notified by the airline and will receive alternatives to canceled flights.

PS Flights between Italy and Romania are not affected. The new measures taken by Italy do not apply to Romanian citizens.

    Bucharest Salzburg doesn't fly either 🙂 I have a friend who received an Email because his flight was canceled. I looked at wizz Air and he seems to be right 🙁

      They don't fly because there are no passengers. They will resume frequent flights in August. They have another flight on 16…
