Passengers with reservations affected by this change will be automatically informed by e-mail, if customers have booked directly on wizzair.com or via the airline's mobile app.
120% of the initial fee will be automatically charged to the customer's WIZZ account, which can be used for 24 months to purchase Wizz Air products and services. Passengers can opt for a cash refund and will be informed of the steps required for a bank transfer or bank card transfer via a separate email.
In this case, customers will be eligible for only 100% of the initial rate. Passengers who have made their reservations through travel agencies - including online travel agencies - should contact the company from which they purchased their tickets.
