On the morning of January 8, 2020, a tragic plane crash occurred in Iran. Boeing 737-800 Ukraine International Airlines (UR-PSR) crashed into flames shortly after taking off from Tehran. Operate flight PS752, on the route Tehran Kiev.
They were on board 167 passengers and 9 crew members. We also have the preliminary list of those on board, by nationality: • Ukrainians - 11, • Iranians - 82, • Canadians - 63, • British - 3, • Swedes - 10, • Afghans - 7. On the list were 169 passengers, but 2 did not board.

The 9 crew members were Ukrainians. 3 pilots: commanded Volodymyr Gaponenko (11600 flight hours), instructor pilot Oleksiy Naumkin (12 flight hours), first officer Serhii Khomenko (000 flight hours). All were specialized in piloting Boeing 7600 aircraft.
And 6 companions on board: Kateryna Statnik, Ihor Matkov, Mariia Mykytiuk, Denys Lykhno, Valeriia Ovcharuk and Yuliia Solohub. May God keep them safe!
