Amsterdam and Athens are among the top destinations of IAII
Over 350 of specialists from the IT & Outsourcing community responded to the survey conducted, in the last week of April 2017, by PINmagazine.ro.
Thus, in the top 5 destinations for business trips are Amsterdam (with over 30% of preferences), Frankfurt, Dublin, Copenhagen and Warsaw. The result was predictable if we look at the five Dutch-capital companies, which have a total of about 1.000 employees in the regional IT & Outsourcing industry.
According to the same survey, destinations were chosen such as: Chisinau (strange choice considering that Iași is very close to Chisinau), Prague, Belgrade, Istanbul and Kiev.
Among the holiday destinations, were chosen: Athens (with almost 20% of preferences), Lisbon, Dubai, Budapest and Malaga. In this regard, preferences were more varied, with special destinations being mentioned: Stockholm, Basel, Malta, St. Petersburg and Nice.
Demographically, 59% of the respondents are between 25-35 years, 85% are employed in ITO companies (the rest being freelancers or students), and 65% are men.
