The Bucharest Airports National Company registered, during 2021, at Henri Coandă Bucharest International Airport and Bucharest-Baneasa Aurel Vlaicu International Airport, an air traffic of 6.922.297 passengers (increasing by 54.89% compared to 2020) and 92.377 movements aircraft (landings and take-offs), increasing by 36.45% compared to the previous year. Compared to 2019, the year with the highest traffic for CNAB, the data indicate a decrease of 53%.
Of this total, 6.914.610 passengers were registered at Henri Coandă Airport, an increase of 55,16% compared to 2020, respectively 72.190 aircraft movements, an increase of 38,06% compared to the previous year.
Bucharest-Baneasa International Airport - Aurel Vlaicu was transited by 7,687 passengers, here being operated 20,187 aircraft movements.
At Henri Coandă Bucharest International Airport, 45 is currently operating airlines, which transport passengers to 128 destinations.
