We are separated by a few days from one of the biggest festivals organized on the beach in Europe and one of the most awaited festivals in Romania - Neversea 2022. As in previous editions, tens of thousands of people eager for fun are expected at Nerversea 2022.
The fourth edition of Neversea will start on July 7 and will be organized on the beach of the same name in Constanța. It will be the biggest party on the Black Sea coast. For four days and four nights, the largest port city in Romania will host tens of thousands of fans, artists, partners and collaborators.
Safety measures Neversea 2022
In order for things to run smoothly and safely, local authorities and organizers have taken some special safety measures and traffic restrictions.
Thousands of employees of the Ministry of Administration and Interior (General Directorate of Operational Management MIA, Romanian Gendarmerie, Romanian Police, General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, National Anti-Drug Agency, Organized Crime Brigade, UPU Constanța) and the Local Police will ensure that security measures are observed in all 4 days and 4 nights of the festival, at Neversea 2022. In addition to the representatives of the Ministry of Interior, the festival will also have 700 private security agents. Also, within the perimeter of the festival will be located 2 mobile hospitals and 3 first aid points with paramedics.

Traffic restrictions at Neversea 2022
The lines included in the transport program will run according to the normal schedule on July 7 and 8, between 05:15 and 23:00, and on July 9 and 10 they will run between 05:45 and 23:00. Exceptions to this schedule are lines 42, 48, 44, 51 and 101, which will extend their route to the Tomis Tourist Port, throughout the festival, July 7-10.
There will also be the SHUTTLE Neversea line, on the following route: Mamaia resort (Hotel Caraiman), Mamaia Blvd., Tomis Blvd., Str. Traian, Poarta 2 Port, Str. Roman Baths, Regina Elisabeta Blvd., Str. Remus Opreanu, Port Tomis (and return), Str. Remus Opreanu, Port Tomis, B-dul Regina Elisabeta, Str. Roman Baths, Str. Traian, Str. Negru Voda, Mircea cel Batran Street, Mamaia Blvd., Mamaia Resort (Caraiman Hotel).
The night lines N2-43, N5-40, N100M and N102 will start their program at 23:30 and will run at an interval of 30 minutes.
The access of taxis, private means of transport (cars, minibuses, maxi-taxis) inside the safety perimeter is forbidden, except for the CT Bus buses authorized to perform special flights.
