We know all too well the tens of thousands of Romanians who have been on Romania's borders for tens of hours. We know all too well that land transport - road and rail - could be resumed from 1 June 2020, but flights cannot be resumed. How can you impose stupid rules, like the famous rule 5, as long as Ro doesn't follow it? Why aren't we allowed to get to the country (by air), to do the test from our own finances, in order to be able to see our families? Why not consult / analyze the decisions taken by other countries, long before Ro?… And the questions can continue
